Condition: under 40x loupe magnification, I can spot tiny girdle chips, nibbles, or surface blemishes to about 28 of the 74 flat rose cut diamonds (please note that the tiny pave-set diamonds in these historic pieces were selected for ornamentation and accent, rather than for value; most carry various natural flaws). Some light age-related surface wear and facet junction abrasions to the topazes (visible under loupe magnification only); no chips. Some minor tarnishing to the gem foiling. Oxidization and tarnish to the silver. Back brooch pin and loop bail are later additions.
