1930-50s Retro 4.5 ct Opal Ring

A large and luscious c. 1930 – 50s late Art Deco to mid-century retro statement ring, set with a 4.5 carat natural solid opal (i.e. not a doublet or triplet) and surrounded by a luminous halo of pearls. The setting and shank are all solid 14k yellow gold, with the shoulders and setting elegantly inlaid with blue enamel. The scalloped flower-like ring face gives this ring an extra feminine charm.
