Condition: it is unclear the degree to which these earrings are in their original form. Aside from repairs and reinforcements in select areas, most of the joints look original. However, the hanging drops have a relatively flat back (compared with the convex back for the rest of the piece), so this specific component could be a later marriage. It should be nonetheless noted that the quality, foiling, bezeling of the amethysts are remarkably consistent throughout, and have a matched/uniform appearance. These earrings came to me with clip-on fittings; my jeweler replaced with solid 14k posts and earnuts. Please note that there are traces of old solder for reinforcement and minor repair in some of the joints throughout the earrings. The gold convex backs have small dings and dents (nothing serious). Again, please note that several joints (especially where the chains join the hanging pendants) have later repairs or solder reinforcements.
