Approx. clarity of diamond: VS2 (completely eye-clean; one very faint feather visible at 40x magnification)

Condition: pristine antique condition— all elements original, details well-preserved and crisp, most of bloomed surface still intact. Some light age-related surface wear to the gold, with slight wearing away of bloom at the high points of the griffin’s body. No chips or abrasions on the diamond.
