Approx. weight of emeralds: about 3.25 ctw (estimated)
Condition: a 3×2 mm chip to the center emerald, and a 2 x 1.6 mm chip to one of the side emeralds. Due to emerald being a softer stone, most of the stones have signs of age-related wear, including surface scratches, facet-junction abrasions, and tiny nibbles at edges. Old solder visible at the back, where the later-added brooch pin was joined, and at the center, with old dress jewel fittings were removed. Patina and surface wear throughout.
