Condition: in great antique condition. Under 60x loupe magnification, I can spot some faint wear along the facet edges of two sapphires. One of the sapphires is slightly darker than the rest (i.e. it could be a replacement). There is a tiny pin-sized shallow nibble to the turquoise.
